1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NeoRishi ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeoRishi Technologies ("NeoRishi", "we", "us"). For questions, contact hello@neorishi.io.

2. Description of Service

NeoRishi is a holistic wellness lifestyle platform that blends Vedic wisdom with modern science. The Platform provides:

→Life Compass Assessment™ — A 20-question self-assessment scoring 8 life dimensions across 4 quadrants (Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha).

→BioRhythm Profile™ — An Ayurveda-inspired assessment of Prakriti (constitution), Vikriti (imbalances), and Guna (mental quality). Premium feature.

→GAP Framework™ analysis — Proprietary scoring across 5 layers identifying your growth and alignment priorities.

→Goals, habits, tasks, journal, Sankalpa intention system, Vedic Panchang calendar, and personalised Dinacharya (daily routine).

→AI-generated wellness reports delivered via the platform and optionally via WhatsApp.

Important: NeoRishi provides lifestyle guidance based on traditional wisdom and modern science. This is not medical advice. All assessments are proprietary NeoRishi tools, not clinical diagnoses. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use NeoRishi. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@neorishi.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed. Accounts with false information may be suspended.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

NeoRishi offers two tiers:

Subscription pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and is subject to change. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance to existing subscribers.

Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation Policy

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until the end of the paid period.

We do not pro-rate partial months. Downgrading to Free will not trigger a refund for the remaining subscription period.

6. Refund Policy

Summary: We offer refunds for Premium subscriptions within 7 days of first purchase.

Premium subscription: If you are not satisfied with your first Premium subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial payment for a full refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles.

To request a refund, email hello@neorishi.io with your registered email and transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, methodologies, frameworks, and tools on the NeoRishi platform are the exclusive intellectual property of NeoRishi Technologies. This includes, without limitation:

→Life Compass™ — 8-dimension × 4-quadrant self-assessment framework, question set, and scoring methodology.

→GAP Framework™ — 5-layer Growth and Alignment Priority scoring system with proprietary weighting (30/25/20/15/10).

→BioRhythm Profile™ — Prakriti, Vikriti, and Guna assessment and scoring system.

→21 Archetypes — NeoRishi's archetype mapping system derived from Life Compass and BioRhythm data.

→Sankalpa System — Year → Ritu → Paksha → Daily intention framework.

→All written content, reports, UI designs, brand assets, and the NeoRishi name and logo.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your own wellness journey. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any NeoRishi intellectual property without prior written consent.

Content you create within the platform (journal entries, goals, habits) remains yours. You grant NeoRishi a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

→Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

→Attempt to access, probe, or test the security of the Platform or its infrastructure.

→Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

→Share your account credentials with others or create accounts for others without consent.

→Upload content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

→Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its servers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

NeoRishi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any wellness outcomes will be achieved. Wellness results vary by individual. All assessments reflect self-reported data and are intended for informational and lifestyle guidance purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoRishi and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

NeoRishi's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to NeoRishi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and display a notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of NeoRishi after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
